Hopskip Home rentals are truly located in the heart of the Poconos in towns such as East Stroudsburg, Bushkill, and Pocono Lake. This gives you the flexibility to stay closest to the top Pocono attractions like Camelback, Kalahari, Shawnee and Bushkill Falls. Plus all the homes are located in amenity-filled gated communities. Hopskip rentals are located only 1.5 to 2.5 hours from NYC and Philadelphia.

Most of our homes can sleep 8 comfortably. If you need to sleep 10 to 12, book our Designer Chalet. Need to sleep up to 20? Book our Luxury Chalet (sleeps 8) and Designer Chalet (sleeps up to 12), they are only 1 house away from each other! Note, all guests need to be registered with the community.

Yes, all Hopskip Homes are family friendly. Many come with Pack N Play travel cribs, highchairs, family games. We also have great recommendations for family-friendly Pocono activities!

All Hopskip Homes feature modern interiors, easy self check-in, outdoor living spaces with cozy firepits and gas grills, fully equipped kitchens, kitchen and bathroom essentials, comfy new mattresses and linens, Smart TVs, sound systems, fast WiFi, air conditioning, books and games, dimmable lighting and more. Everything was designed for your comfort. The Luxury Chalet features a hot tub. The Designer Chalet hot tub is coming soon!

Every Hopskip Home is located in a safe, gated-community that requires pre-registration. The communities have outdoor pools (summer season), lakes with “beaches”, playgrounds, tennis/pickle courts, basketball, game rooms and more. The Retro Chalet features year-round indoor pools as well as a private 3-trail ski slope and a restaurant on site. Community fees are included in your total price EXCEPT for the Modern Chalet (refer to listing for full details).

Hopskip Homes are located within 15-35 minutes of many major Pocono attractions like Camelback, Aquatopia, Kalahari, Shawnee, Bushkill Falls, Delaware Water Gap, Pocono Premium Outlets, Mt. Airy Casino, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Mountainview Winery, Pocono Raceway, downtown Stroudsburg as well as nearby hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, kayaking, golfing, horseback riding, wine tasting, ATVing, paintballing, zip lining, Pocono state parks like Tobyhanna State Park, Promised Land State Park and more! Refer to each home listing for proximity to attraction.

Check-in is 4pm. Checkout is 11am. For a small fee, we offer early check-in of 2pm or late checkout of 1pm subject to availability. The community security gates are open 24 hours, so you can check in anytime after 4pm. Self check-in to the home using a keyless entry code.

Hopskip Homes come with fully-equipped kitchens including refrigerator with freezer, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, serve ware, children’s dishware, salt, pepper, cooking oil and more. We also supply 1 roll paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge. Hopskip Home bathrooms come with 1 bath towel per guest, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Hopskip Home bedrooms come with blankets, sheets and pillows.

While we do stock many household items, here are some things we encourage you to bring: coffee, milk, sugar, tinfoil, plastic baggies, s’mores supplies, bathing suits, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, sunblock, bug spray, sports equipment to play tennis, volleyball or basketball, fishing rods (PA fishing license needed—fill out online), kayak or canoe.

We are always available before, during and after your stay through text and email messaging. We make sure you get registered in the community, get detailed check in instructions and our online Welcome Book. We’re here to address any needs during your stay. We do provide an emergency contact phone number.

Hopskip Home rentals are designed for relaxing vacations with family and friends. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted due to strict entry policies of the gated communities, max occupancy limits and limited parking.

Our rentals are currently not pet friendly. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be responsible for any damages and additional cleaning fees.
